Dedicated to improving front of house services, from Reception to Concierge. The Academy assesses, recruits and trains staff to be the best in your business.

Assessment Using ‘mystery clients’ we gauge existing services, confidentially rating them from ‘Below Average’ to ‘Exemplary’ to identify where improvements could be made.

Recruitment From interviewing candidates to preparing shortlists and undertaking assessments, the Academy works in conjunction with HR to ensure your business always creates the very best first impression.

Training All Academy candidates receive an intensive 1–day induction course, followed by comprehensive 5-day training in all aspects of front of house service. This also applies to contract or holiday cover staff provided by Forefront.
