Once you have the right Front of House team, the next step is to get the best out of them for as long as they represent your business. Ideally, this is a career–long process of monitoring, motivation and self–improvement and it starts the very first day someone begins work.

Induction All new staff members receive an intensive 1–day induction course at the Academy, including any temp, contract or holiday cover staff provided by Forefront. Induction covers the basics of grooming, deportment, attitude and creating a good first impression.

Intensive At some stage in their deployment, all staff and managers will receive more intensive Academy training. Spread over 5 days, this includes teambuilding exercises, security & first aid training, client knowledge, service skills and customer relations.
